As the Complete Streets program manager for the Broward Complete Streets Initiative, she is currently working with Broward municipalities to implement new guidelines and policies. She is leading this initiative into Phase II where the guidelines in Phase I are being implemented around Broward County. She also leads the Technical Advisory Committee.

As the Executive Director of Urban Health Partnerships, Anamarie Garces’,  prime responsibility is to secure projects for UHP, and craft talented teams to deliver high quality products to the clients, grantors, and community stakeholders. Anamarie contributes to the Broward  Complete Streets Initiative by providing expertise and leadership, serving on the Technical Advisory Committee, and helping to reach out to community stakeholders.

As Director of Operations and Finance for Urban Health Partnerships, Isabel provides guidance on budget items and contract implementation for the Broward Complete Streets Initiative. She also aids in producing materials for the initiative in order to make all products cohesive. Isabel also manages the www.BrowardCompleteStreets.org site and blog.

Lauren’s involvement with the Broward Complete Streets Initiative began in the spring of 2012. She contributed to the Broward Complete Streets Guidelines through her facilitation of  public workshops and focus groups. She has also presented on the initiative at transportation focused outreach events. Lauren has been able to communicate with a broad spectrum of concerned and passionate citizens regarding Complete Streets and looks forward to being an integral part of the team in 2013.

KHA Engineering, Stewart E. Robertson, PE
Stewart E. Robertson, P.E. of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has 13 years of experience in transportation engineering, with an emphasis in multimodal planning and design, including complete streets, bicycle/pedestrian mobility, corridor studies, and network plans.  Stewart served as lead author for the Broward Complete Streets Guidelines and was responsible for working closely with Broward stakeholders during the development of the manual.  In addition to the Broward Complete Streets Guidelines, Stewart’s experience includes managing multimodal mobility and safety projects ranging from master planning to design and construction.  Stewart’s recent speaking engagements include the Complete Streets webinar for the Florida Engineering Society on September 28, 2012, and Making Tough Choices Easier: A Prioritization Process for Pedestrian Infrastructure Improvements on September 11, 2012, at the Pro Walk Pro Bike conference in Long Beach, CA.
